If you don't like the work, send it back to me. There's no point in my working on your locomotive if the results don't meet your satisfaction. If I can't get the model in a condition you appreciate on the first try, I'll try it again. Once I establish a rapport and sense of trust with a customer I frequently send the locomotive back to the customer to try out before any billing occurs.
Granted, there are some things that simply cannot be fixed, but I will try to identify those situations right up front so we don't waste our efforts on something that is irreparably broken.
